- I was a bit hesitant to purchase furniture off a website, but I had actually previewed the pieces in a competitor's store so I knew what to expect. What I took a chance on was the communication, customer service, and delivery, and in doing so I was quite pleased. They send you a confirmation email and give you a window for delivery. If you can't be there to sign, you can call them and reschedule or verbally give permission for them to leave it. So, I made a call, and the furniture was delivered without a signature, and arrived by 7am on its scheduled date. No issues whatsoever. Furniture Pick is a business you can trust. They also had the lowest price for the pieces I wanted. I highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the tables and the customer service I would recommend this site. The Ashley table set came in perfect condition and is exactly what I wanted.
