  Thank you for contacting Furniture Pick.  The Trinell Large TV Stand comes 99% assembled.  The only thing that you would have to do is put the drawer pulls on.  It will be delivered in a box.

  Thank you for your inquiry.  The dimensions of the console are 26.85" H x 63.39" W x 20.67" D and as long as your TV is no wider than 63.39", you wil need to measure from left to right, than you should be fine.
