Completely disappointed The color isn’t even close to what is seen online and it’s not a computer monitor or a cell phone view that makes the color different. It’s night and day. It’s completely dark dark dark. Looks blue and dark gray tones.

This bed on the whole is well built and made with good materials. I have never received anything packed so well. Despite this, we did get a couple of damaged pieces. They were not integral to the functionality of the unit so no big deal. There was a crack in one wall piece for the stairs, but we’re reusing the back cover for the stairs (that sits against the wall) to put over it and no one will even notice. There were a couple of places where we wished they had predrilled the holes (most holes are ready to go but not all) but we did it ourselves. For example, the vertical piece in the middle of the bed rails does not have corresponding holes to screw into. There is no space between the desk and bulletin board to pass cords through. If you’re handy, you can fix that with a hole saw, but wanted to mention it. The cork is also pretty thin, but I just ordered a roll from online to put over it to thicken it up. The only poor design is the rails for the drawers. There were chunks of wood that fell off when trying to screw them to the drawers. So far, the drawers still work, but are a little clunky. Overall, I’m very happy with the design, finish, and quality of materials. I’m mostly impressed with the customer service and sales departments at Furniture Pick. They were very responsive and incredibly helpful. I will definitely shop with them again.

Took a bit of time to assemble new bedroom set, I would say a few hours with two people. But it's absolutely worth it. Good price and excellent shipping time.

The Willoughby loft bed is perfect for my daughter's room. It opens it up and give her plenty of options of storing her belongings.
